AYou can first conduct online inquiries and consultations. After obtaining the part information on the website, you can place an order by calling our customer service hotline or sending an email. When placing an order by phone, please inform our staff of the detailed information of the parts, including the part name, part number, specifications, quantity, and the brand and model of the applicable excavator. When placing an order by email, clearly list the parts you need and other relevant key information in the email. We will process it and reply with order confirmation and other details after receiving it.
